BIG KIDS AND LIL' KIDS
Growing Together
We provide two separate courses Monday through Saturday to address your child's specific needs. Some younger or smaller kids may be more advanced, and put into the Big Kids group, and vice versa. Generally, kids from 4-7 years old are in Lil' Kids and kids from 8-13 years old are in Big Kids. From there, they transition to adult classes. It's all about your child's protection, nourishment, and comfort level. Kids as young as four can begin to learn the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, how to interact in a classroom setting, and how to focus.
TO GI OR NOT TO GI, THAT IS THE QUESTION
Gi or NoGi? Do Both!
Often times in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu you will encounter the argument of which is better: wearing the traditional Jiu-Jitsu uniform, or going with a rash guard and shorts (or spats if you're stylish.). Learning both is extremely important to your growth as a Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and in your personal self-defense. Start with the one you're more comfortable with, and we will guide you to the other.

BEGINNER, ADVANCED, AND COMPETIION
Hands-on learning catered to you
The balance of these three separate needs often leads to students feeling over, or under-qualified to attend . Student's levels will be assessed individually, and separate, personalized instruction will be given if necessary. We do not want anybody to miss out on an opportunity to train. Each class is for everybody! Competition classes will be geared towards the various rule sets, stamina, and the mental fortitude it takes to compete.
COURSE SCHEDULE
This is the general outline for our courses. Depending on the students in attendance, the focus will be a mix of fundamentals, advanced and competition. We wish to maximize the available amount of times our students can train each week. Just show up, and your training needs will be met. Courses will primarily be taught by Black Belts. When substitutions are necessary, a respected, qualified member of the Jiu-Jitsu community will be teaching.
