At Mako BJJ, we offer a wide range of classes designed to fit your schedule and support your growth. Whether you're training for self-defense, fitness, or competition, our programs are built to help you improve with structure, consistency, and purpose. From kids to adults, every class emphasizes real-world application, disciplined training, and a supportive team environment.

Kids Jiu-Jitsu (Levels 1–3)
Growing Together
Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program is divided into three levels to match each child’s age and development.
Students progress through:

Level 1 (Ages 4–6)

Level 3 (Ages 10–13)
Placement is based on age, size, coordination, skill level, and fight IQ to ensure the right balance of safety and challenge.
We focus on confidence, discipline, and real-world self-defense, with an emphasis on awareness, control, and anti-bullying—helping kids grow on and off the mat.
Kids Kickboxing (Ages 7+)
Kids 7 and up can train kickboxing as part of our Jiu-Jitsu membership or as a standalone program.
This high-energy class builds coordination, confidence, and striking fundamentals while reinforcing real-world self-defense. Students learn control, discipline, and how to apply their skills in a structured and positive environment.


Teens Jiu-Jitsu
Our Teens program bridges the gap between kids and adult classes.
Designed for students who have outgrown youth classes but aren’t quite ready for adult training, it builds technical skill, confidence, and real-world self-defense in a focused and disciplined setting.

Adults Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & NoGi)
Beginner • Advanced • Competition
Train in gi, nogi, or both in a program built for all experience levels.
Whether you're a beginner or competitor, our classes focus on practical technique, live training, and real-world self-defense. You’ll build skill, conditioning, and confidence in a supportive, team-driven environment.


Adults Kickboxing
A powerful mix of technique, conditioning, and intensity.
Build real striking skills while improving strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Every class is rooted in practical application and real-world self-defense—no experience needed.
